We deliver throughout Poland within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays are processed the same day. Remote areas may require additional time. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

After 1 hour, the order enters our fulfillment process and modifications become unavailable, though cancellation may still be possible with our support team.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and popular Polish payment platforms. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway. An order confirmation email is sent immediately after successful payment.

If you're not satisfied with your coffee, we offer a 30-day return window. Unopened bags can be exchanged or refunded. Please contact our team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. We'll arrange a return label and process your refund promptly.
